Workout Day #4 (aka, I have no patience)

First off, I kept waking up in the middle of the night whenever I rolled over. I could feel my muscles (specifically my abs and upper legs) aching. But it’s a good ache.My abs hurt less today than the did the day after my first ab workout, so there’s already some progress there I guess. Today’s workout was yoga. Ugh. I’ve never done yoga before, I just never felt the urge....
